The Rotary Foundation Service Awards for a Polio Free World
Rotary International has two awards to acknowledge individuals and unique contributions to Rotary's Polio Eradication efforts:
- Polio Free Service Award (for efforts after November 1, 1992) - applications due by October 1
- Pioneer Award (for efforts prior to November 1, 1992) - applications due by November 1
Each award has its own criteria and nomination form.
