The second multi-district orientation for Rotary
Ambassadorial Scholars in the Rocky Mountain Region will be
held over the weekend of April 3 & 4, 2009 at the Hilton
Garden Inn near the Denver International Airport (DIA).
We expect scholars from all parts of the country who are in
preparation for spending time internationally as Rotary
ambassadors and scholars. They will meet recent Rotary
alumni from similar program and interact with Rotarians from
the region who support the educational programs of the
Rotary Foundation. |

Friday,
April 3-Saturday, April 4. Registration begins by noon on
Friday with the program continuing until early Saturday
evening. Scholars need to be at the hotel by 2 p.m. on
Friday afternoon. The Saturday session will be over by 9:00
p.m. Hotel accommodations will be provided for those
returning home on Sunday.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
Scholars need to be at the Hotel by 5 p.m. on April 4.
All sessions will be over before noon on Sunday, April 6.
There is a shuttle between Denver International Airport (DIA)
and the hotel. Call 303 371-9393 from DIA to have the
shuttle pick you up.
